It is important to have real time management skills to get more things done.

Would you like to receive MORE things work in less time? you want to know the simple steps that could be regulated within a few minutes?

Read the following and it will teach you how to stick strictly to deadlines. Also, you will learn how to overcome obstacles and to learn how to achieve more results!

Real time management skills will be able to get more things done. first, you must have some direction before you can manage your time; you will need to create a list.List all the things that you must have done for the day.

From a to-do list, if you completed quickly, which would immediately know what actions to take next.

The most important point to consider is that having a to-do list isn't good enough. it must be an effective to-do list.

This means that your priority things according to the classification. This will help to speed up the process of integration of productive things during the day, instead of focusing on low pay-off activities.

How having a to-do list help save you time?, what do I need to do then?

When you create a list, start taking action.Start small and build momentum. If you have a priority of your to-do list labeled a, b and c.

See all the activities, and this number will start with that first? Label a1, a2, A3, and so on.In this way you will be able to complete your tasks quickly and systematically.

The most important things to get more things done is to take the first step right-exataxias work for a year. When you set a deadline for each project, is a necessity to finish it before the deadline expires; Because there is no one to force your t doesn't mean you should take your time.

Do what is needed to complete this task. Work hard to achieve your goal, to stop thinking of the best method to achieve your goal. As Oprah Winfrey puts Whatever your goal, you'll find if you wish to work you re.

You can t get more tasks in less time, if you can t even get simple things done. Just focus on the completion of the work on time, or before the expiry of that period.Remember the 80/20 rule, but focus on 20% of the most productive tasks in 80% of results. Don t do 80% less important activities that brings only 20% results.

Before continuing, I would like to make it clear that, saying that there should be a perfectionist, does not mean I'm not saying that you should aim for the best results. What I mean really about this is that you should not be afraid to make even a small mistake in the what to do.

If you're afraid to make a small mistake will slow yourself by achieving results.Once you start and when you make mistakes, deal with it!

Perfectionists is obsessed with little results until you forget the big picture!Excellence will simply make moderate.Perfectionists focuses just 80% of the activities that led to the 20% of the results. This is not efficient time management!

If you're a perfectionist, you must correct this behavior. To know how to avoid procrastination, learn how to set up SMART objectives.Your goals should be s pecific, m easurable, a ttainable, r ealistic and ime t bound (SMART).

How can it help with excellence; Setting SMART objectives, objectives are more realistic that I tend to add to a problem with the perfectionists to set unrealistic deadlines and still expect things to be perfect. This causes to think negatively themselves, if they don t complete a task definition SMART objectives in order to avoid this problem all together.

Even if you have real time management skills may find yourself is what you want, because there are always obstacles, there may be times when things go so well and is a major obstacle in the way we should know how to deal with it effectively so that you can get things done quickly and easily.

The best model on how to deal with these situations is Steve.

If you watch the video above, notice that Steve said that this was running before 30. activated by a company launched but look where they are today. take the time to listen to inspiring speech above.

Sometimes life visits in the head with a brick, don t lose faith-Steve Jobs
